- Within 30 days from date of shipment

- We only accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused item in their original packaging and tags still attached (if applicable)

- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a COSMOWOLF item) will be the responsibility of the sender.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return request, kindly email us at support@cosmowolf.com with the below mentioned details:

- Order number

- Email adress

- Reason for return

How will I be refunded?

Returns that have been verified by us will be refunded with an e-gift card that can be used for your next purchase with us.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once the return package has been received. You'll be notified via email once a refund has been issued.

I purchased an item from a recent sale or promotion. What can I do?

Items that are purchased during a sale or promotional periods are not eligible for refunds or returns.

What is the return address?

Once you've initiated a return request, you'll be sent details with instructions on how to return, and a return address will be provided for you.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Kindly choose your own logistics company at your own cost and mail the package.

All returns must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our return address. COSMOWOLF will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.
